About us

The Climate Action Collaboration is a Community of Practice dedicated to scaling and accelerating climate action in the agri-food space.

Our goal is to learn together, share information, and give everyone the opportunity to develop their expertise and find collaborators based on their interests.

We believe that digital tools – like this online platform, but also the large, interconnected data sets available now, and new analysis methods including AI – will make it possible to accelerate climate action. We know that policy action is important, but we also are sure that brining more innovation, management and social sciences expertise in general to climate action will facilitate scaling and increase impact.

We are individuals and organizations (link to member list) with a wide range of skills and expertise, not only climate expertise, but also agriculture and food; digital and other technology; management and social sciences expertise. Our organizations represent the entire sector, from farmers through processors, industry associations to community organizations.

We invite you to access the resources on this site, and we warmly invite you to join us in conversations, knowledge sharing, webinars, and in developing this community into a source of knowledge and support. Please note anything offered on this web site is shared with the spirit of community-building, and we explicitly ask that contributions refrain from any political statements. Our ambition is not to persuade anyone of anything; we just want to offer opportunities and resources for actions that make sense within each member’s environment.

If you are curious to know more, feel free to join as a member (there is a free membership level; we also gladly accept financial contributions to build this community) to engage in our Member Forum (link), or email us (link) to learn more.
